Naturopathy
We believe in a holistic approach when it comes to all things beauty, so we are excited to announce that we now offer Naturopathy. We have teamed up with the beautiful Tracey Loughran to bring you this extensive service.

Tracey Loughran
Naturopath
I have had a long and immersive journey in the wellness industry over the past sixteen years, working with thousands of people to support them toward healthier choices for their health and that of their families.
Talking about yourself is never easy, and I’m not one to want to be front and centre of the story, as it’s about helping people first and foremost. But hearing a little of my journey might help you with yours.
Trust means so much these days. Putting health before profit, and providing opportunities for authentic connection means a lot to me. One of my core values is loving kindness, and you will always receive a compassionate and thoughtful approach to your health journey when working with me.
I have a background in pharmacy, health retail, organics (store and farm ownership and management), research, and integrated medicine (I ran an integrated health centre for several years). I have been fully immersed in the health industry, and I am as passionate about it now as I ever was.
I’ve spent the past sixteen years growing and learning even more about nutrition and wellbeing through the lens of my clinical practice. I set up and ran a business called “Flourish Naturopathy” for fifteen years, seeing thousands of people and helping them improve their health, utilising the best in nutrition, emotional wellbeing skills, diagnostics and herbal medicine. After selling Flourish, I moved to Wellington and set up another practice – “Heal”. I’ve just started working alongside the amazing team at House of Beauty, educating clients on digestion, hormone balance, energy, sleep, diet, stress and much more.
Relationships matter to me, and championing people’s health choices – really advocating alongside them – is what I see as my life purpose. I can’t think of anything I would rather be doing than this (and I realise this is very lucky!).
I love health education, and you will often see me running seminars. Sharing what we have learned is how we contribute to society. I educate based on research, and invite you to the table to learn what you need to improve your quality of life.
Helping people put good food into their bodies in a way that overcomes the stress of this, and aligns with their values, and supports them towards truly feeling so much better than they were, is what I get up for every day.
You can be assured that I will meet you where you’re at, and guide you in a way you can manage, toward better health outcomes, and a greater sense of wellbeing. I’m an open book, and I love to answer questions about health, so make a time to see me soon – I’d love to meet you.
