Book an appointment

Setup

When you click the ‘Book Now’ button you will go to the pop-up window where you will see the ‘select appointment date’ the ‘preferred appointment period’ and Login / Register or Next.

If you are a ‘new client’ (i.e. not on our database) please register with your details and enter the code (case sensitive) found to the right of the ‘Code’ box to obtain a security password via SMS on your phone.

If you are an existing client, you will ‘Login’ using your mobile phone number on file & your password. If you have lost your password, you can click ‘Forgotten Password’ or if you have not yet used our Online Booking you may choose ‘I don’t have a password’ In both cases, enter the code (case sensitive) which is found to the right of the ‘Code’ box to receive your password via SMS for you to Login.

Make a Booking

Select the date you want (arrow at top to change months) and then the time you want (note that the wider the time option, the greater your choice). Choose ‘Next’.

 

Then choose the category & service and your preferred therapist (or ‘Any Therapist’) then select ‘Next’ to read & tick ‘I Agree’ to the ‘Online Booking Agreement’ & press ‘Book’.

 

You should then get a SMS confirmation and we look forward to seeing you then.

HEALTH CONDITIONS
Please notify your therapist prior to your appointment if you have any allergies, blood pressure issues, a heart condition, physical disability or if you may be pregnant.

RESERVATIONS
To ensure availability all reservations need to be made in advance. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Arriving late may mean a reduction in treatment time despite the full cost of the treatment applying.

MOBILE PHONES
Please turn off your mobile phone when entering the clinic for treatments. Our guests are enjoying a relaxing and pampering experience, we respectfully ask you to keep the noise to a minimum.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to change or cancel an appointment we require 12 hours notice or a cancellation fee may be applied.
